New Fit 4 Life programme to start on 20th January

A new Fit 4 Life programme will commence on Monday 20 January, with registration from 6:45pm at the Club.

We will have experienced coaches to help people regardless of level of fitness to progress over the course of the 10 week programme that will run each Monday evening until early April. Cost is €50.

So, make that your New Year’s resolution if you wish to participate.

Juvenile OPEN DAY – ages 8, 9, 10 & 11

Open Day on Saturday 25th January at 11am.

Membership for Girls & boys aged 8, 9, 10, 11 years of age in 2025 will be taken only on the Open Day.

Membership will be taken on a first come first served basis until the groups are full.
