Competing for Iona College in the MAAC T&F (Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) on Sunday 6th May at Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, Jack O’Leary took out the early pace before settling in with the 3-man leading group from Iona that worked together as a team until the final kilometre when they began to separate, but by then the top places were secured and it finished 1-2-3 for Iona, with Jack claiming 3rd place in 14:36.74, including a strong 66 second final lap.
