David Hemery Valentine Invitational 2025 (14th Feb)

Only a week after setting a new PB for 3,000m at Boston University, Cormac Dalton returned to the same venue on Friday evening 14th February to compete in the David Hemery Valentine Invitational, recording a huge PB for the 5,000m, finishing third in his race in a time of 13 minutes 28.29 seconds, which sees him rise to fourth on the Irish All-Time Indoor List, and take another Club record [GD].
