Continuing improvement in 800m for Colin Smith

Colin Smith had a great race in the grade A 800m at the AAI Games in NIA Abbotstown on Sunday 4th February and was rewarded with an excellent personal best time of 1 minute 53.68 seconds. This was an excellent result for an athlete in a rich vein of form following his bronze medal at the National Junior Indoors 800m last weekend. Colin is now ranked 8th on the Irish senior indoor rankings for 2018.
