Manx Race Walking Festival 2017 (25th Feb)

The annual Manx Harriers AC Open Race Walking Festival at the National Sports Centre in Douglas, Isle of Man on Saturday morning 25th February took place in quite windy and wet conditions, but thankfully the storm that was forecast didn’t materialize. The less than ideal conditions didn’t faze Oisin Lane though who won the 5k race walk in 24:29, with Sarah Glennon third in 25:38, excellent results that will give them both a real boost in confidence ahead of the All-Ireland Indoor finals at the end of March.
