Loughrea 10k 2025 (28th Sept)

Loughrea AC hosted its Loughrea Grey Lake 10k on Sunday afternoon 28th September. Conditions were good for running as nearly 200 competitors took on the very hilly course around Lough Rea. Among them was Linda Cunningham, battling the relentless hills for the first 5k and with some good downhills in the second half of the race, she took the prize for 2nd woman overall, happy with a time of 45:48 for the course, an improvement of 2 minutes on her time two years ago on the same course [LC].
